 » Concrete spacers
  • Distance spacers made of cement with quality K45.
    •  
    Concrete spacer
  • Height: 20-250 mm with or without light alloy nails.
  • Concrete spacers come as standard with galvanized 1 mm straight threads.
  • Steel hooks are available at an additional cost.
  • Standard color is concrete gray but other colors can by requested.

    Fiber-reinforced concrete support
  • Spacer ring of both lower and upper reinforcement.
  • The concrete support provides a very stable reinforcement.
  • The lower mounting bar should be at least Ø12 mm.
  • Regular reinforcement bars can be utilized as mounting bars.
  • It takes approximately one spacer per sqm.

  • For distance posture when using of composite bars or steel bars A4/70.
  • The single spacer has a connecting cap that can be linked to a spacer tube.
  • The single spacer can be placed independently of the bars placement in the formwork.

  • All type of bars can be ordered in different sizes.
  • Composite bars and acid-fast bars eliminate the unaesthetic overlap of the recess which is obtained from the use of steel bars in concrete structures.
  • Composite bars in composite are tested by Vattenfall Utveckling AB and at the Faculty of Engineering in Lunds University.

  • Particularly usable when having formworks of wooden plank.
  • Locking with type GEKU. Locks get a better grip on the threaded bars than smoother bars.

     » Woven drainage forms
  • Woven drainage forms are used in advantage of form covering on concrete casting, where the requirements for concrete quality and durability is high.
  • Used for formwork on board- or plywood formworks.
  • The fabric reduces the amount of water in the concrete surface.
  • The fabric gives a non-porous and aesthetically pleasing concrete with higher strength and better durability properties.
  • The smooth surface is turned toward the concrete and checkered side facing the formwork.

    Benchmarks
  • Benchmarks casts embedded in pairs of independent abutments and in some intermediate supports, for measuring vertical.
  • At the end of the benchmark there is a notch to secure the lead-line and in a scribed line for reading the lead-line mode.
  • The benchmarks are made of brass.
    • Balancing Studs
  • Studs for height balancing of the bridge are cast into the edge beam.
  • They are made of brass and are placed on both sides of the heap, at the middle of the bridge and at the end of the wing walls.

     » Waterproofing / Quellmax ® Plus
    Quellmax® Plus:
  • Is an expanding sealing tape made of bentonite with time-delaying protective membrane.
  • Composed of natural bentonite clay, which swells on contact with water and butyl rubber, which makes it flexible.
  • is fitted with a time-delaying protective membrane that prevents the swelling before casting for about 2-3 days. The protection disappears when casting because of the increased pH.
  • is certified by Vattenfall.
  • is equivalent to Volclay.
